Originally from Nigeria, I moved to London at the age of 13. My academic journey began with a degree in Biochemistry, followed by a Pharmacy degree at King's College London (1985-1989).Over my 32-year career as a community pharmacist, I have developed a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry - along with its limitations in addressing the root causes of the illness being experienced.
My perspective on health took a transformative turn when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis over 20 years ago. Determined not to rely solely on conventional medication, I embarked on a journey to explore the power of natural healing.
This experience ignited my passion for holistic, science-based nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, leading me to help others achieve lasting well-being through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support.
This led me to become a certified Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach at The College of Naturopathic Medicine (London)

She has given me much advice over the years, specially when I was having problems with my acne in my early 20’s. She advised me to keep a food diary, to cut out diary and sugar and see if that had an impact on the acne/swelling of my face. I noticed after 2 weeks of cutting out sugar that my face was less puffy and so was my abdomen, which was helpful. After further tracking of food, my acne was hormonal, which I wouldn’t have known without Comfort’s help.
My mood swings were also a problem and after discovering a supplement of Ashwaganda and Maca-root, I consulted Comfort and from her knowledge she agreed it was safe to try. It did help balance my mood, however for my hormonal acne I required something stronger which was prescribed by a GP.
Comforts focus on food to aid the immune system has helped massively. I noticed when I was ill, by taking ginger/turmeric shots which she recommended, allowed for a quicker recovery.
Fruit has helped massively with my immunity, digestion and the brightness of my skin- it looks less dull. Another game-changer was the recognition of what was causing me to bloat. Comfort advised that pasta and bread could be negatively affecting me, since cutting down on these foods, I’ve noticed that I can only have them 1-2 times per week and not daily as I had in the past which would make me bloated all week.
Overall her wisdom has helped in several areas of my life and made me more aware of what I put in my body. That it is better to prevent then to have to take unnecessary medication after the problem becomes serious.
